MY DRINKING FOUNTAIN IS LEAKING FROM THE SPOUT
First, find the source of the leak. If water dribbles out the spout after you stop pushing the button or bar there is a problem with your valve. The best thing you can do is find where the leakage is coming from and call us on 021 813 6631. We will send out an experienced engineer to fix the leak for you.
THERE IS NO WATER COMING OUT OF MY DRINKING WATER FOUNTAIN
Start by checking the shut off valve and ensure that is it open all of the way. Next, check the strainer screen to see that it is clean and free of debris. If there is still no water flow you may have a kinked internal water line or water is freezing in the evaporator. You will need to call us for service.
MY FOUNTAIN SEEMS TO BE CLOGGED
Clogs are the number one reason drinking fountains don’t work. Look at the bubbler (where the water comes out of) and see if there are any obstructions. Sometimes dirt can get stuck making drinking from the fountain impossible. Use a sharp appliance to see if the system has been clogged and be sure to clean out the blockage thoroughly before drinking.
